Bathing safely at home in Bromley
Bromley (ZIP 41016) is a small Northern Kentucky river village next to Ludlow, with older homes on low ground beside the Ohio River.
A lower-level bathroom here drains through a sealed ejector, and a walk-in tub releases a large volume at once, which is exactly what a marginal pump arrangement struggles with. Worse, if the pump fails the door will not open until the water goes somewhere. On ground like this we would generally steer you to the main floor, and where a lower-level installation is genuinely needed, the ejector is sized for the tub specifically.

Answers to your Bromley questions
It is possible, but first ask whether that level has ever flooded or had a sewer backup, and whether the bathroom sits below the street sewer. Those answers decide whether a backwater valve and a pump are needed, and upstairs avoids both.
Then the ejector is sized for the tub specifically rather than to a standard, and we would want backup power on it. We will price that properly rather than glossing over it.
