Finished living spaces
Family rooms, home theaters, playrooms, home gyms, and offices designed around how your family actually uses the space.

Finished basements built by one accountable team: fixed pricing, licensed in-house crews, backed for life.
The Bulldog Way
Most basement projects stall because homeowners are left coordinating a framer, an electrician, a plumber, a flooring crew, and a finish carpenter on their own. We handle all of it. Your project is led by a dedicated on-site Project Manager, guided by an in-house interior designer, and built by our own licensed crew, all under one contract. You get daily updates, dust barriers, floor protection, and a professional cleaning at the end.
What we build downstairs
Family rooms, home theaters, playrooms, home gyms, and offices designed around how your family actually uses the space.
Full or half baths added below grade, our core trade strength. Plumbing and waterproofing managed in-house.
Entertaining bars, beverage centers, and second kitchens with cabinetry, countertops, and plumbing to match.
Private bedroom-and-bath suites that add real, livable square footage and resale value.

Invest in your future
A basement is the only place you can add a substantial amount of finished living space without extending the building or losing any of the yard. The walls, the roof and the foundation are already paid for. What remains is making the space warm, dry and worth being in.
The order matters: moisture and drainage first, insulation and structure second, finishes last. Reversing that is why so many finished basements have to be done twice.
We will tell you honestly whether your basement is ready to be finished. Sometimes the right first job is drainage rather than drywall.

Mark Davidson
At first, I wondered how Bulldog could possibly turn a home we already loved into our dream home. But when we saw the design concepts, we were completely blown away. Before the renovation, our house never truly felt like our home, and since I work from home, I also needed a dedicated office. We wanted a space where our kids could grow up before heading off to college. From the very beginning, the Bulldog team was welcoming, communicative, and supportive. They gave us time to make decisions, listened to what we wanted, and guided us through every step of the renovation. As homeowners, having experts handle every detail made the process so much easier. When we saw the finished project, it honestly brought tears to my eyes. It became the dream home we had imagined. Everyone was professional, courteous to our kids and dogs, and a pleasure to work with. We’ll definitely use Bulldog again. They’re simply the best.
“We would highly recommend Bulldog Remodel Group. They helped us design and finish our basement. They worked within our budget, showed up on time, cleaned up every day, and all of their contractors were courteous and professional. They respected us and our home, were very trustworthy, and we would not hesitate to use them again.”
