Does the Whitewater affect the basement?

On the lower streets near the river it can, so we check the flood map and the water history for your lot. Houses on higher ground are usually a simpler proposition.

What a Harrison basement needs first

Harrison (ZIP 45030) is a far-west city on the Indiana state line along the Whitewater River, with an older downtown and a growing mix of established and newer homes.

Basement finishing is inspected at rough-in for framing, electrical and insulation, and sitting on a state boundary, whether that runs under Ohio or Indiana rules depends on which side the property is on. The processes differ. We confirm before a start date is agreed rather than when the inspector is due, and on the low ground near the Whitewater we assess moisture properly first.

Master Bathroom Remodel

Open Concept Living Master Bath Remodel

Bulldog Remodel Group reworked this cramped, dated master bath into a spacious, modern layout. The old corner jetted tub and framed shower gave way to a curbless walk-in shower with a single glass panel and linear drain, gray stone-look tile and a freestanding tub beneath the windows.
