This policy explains what information Bulldog Remodel Group (“we,” “us”) collects when you visit www.bulldogremodelgroup.com, fill out one of our forms, call us, text us, email us or visit our social media pages, and what we do with it. We are a remodeling contractor in Cincinnati, OH, serving homeowners in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. We collect what we need to quote and build your project, and we do not sell it. By using this site or sending us your information, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
This site is meant for people in the United States, and we store your information in the United States. If you need this policy in another format because of a disability, call (513) 657-3750 or email info@bulldogremodelgroup.com and we will provide it.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request an estimate, book a consultation or contact us, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, home address or ZIP code, and details about your project: the room, the work you want, your budget, your timeline and any notes. Some forms let you upload photos of your space. If you call, text or email us, we keep a record of the conversation and the number or address you used. If you become a customer, we also keep your contract, selections, payment records, permit and inspection records, and photos of the work.
Collected automatically. Like any website, our hosting provider records basic technical data when you load a page: your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the page you asked for, the page that sent you and the time of the visit. We use these logs to keep the site running and secure.
From other people. Sometimes we get your information from someone else: a friend or neighbor who refers you, a lender reporting the status of a financing application you started, or a review site where you posted about us.
What we do not collect. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, driver’s license numbers or health information through the website, and we do not track your precise location.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, remarketing tags or third-party analytics, and we do not track you across devices or across other websites. Because we do not track you, “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals from your browser do not change anything on this site. If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy first and explain how to opt out.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your request, schedule your consultation, prepare your estimate and contract, order materials, pull permits, schedule our crews, keep you updated during the job, send invoices, and handle warranty service afterward. We also use it to improve our service, keep our records accurate, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and tax obligations. With your permission we may send you occasional updates or offers, which you can stop at any time.
We may also combine information so it no longer identifies anyone, such as how many bathroom inquiries came from one ZIP code, and use those totals to plan our work.
Phone calls and text messages
If you check the consent box on one of our forms, submit a form with your phone number, or text us first, you agree that Bulldog Remodel Group may call and text you at that number about your request and your project, including calls and texts sent with automated technology or prerecorded messages. Texts may include appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates and, if you agree, occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of buying anything from us; you can always call us at (513) 657-3750 instead.
When you ask us to contact you, we treat that as your request to hear from us, even if your number is on the National Do Not Call Registry. If you ask us to stop calling, we add your number to our internal do-not-call list. If your phone number changes or you give up the number you gave us, please tell us so we do not contact the next owner of that number.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing below exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Any marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email info@bulldogremodelgroup.com to stop them. After you unsubscribe, we still send messages about an active estimate, project, invoice or warranty claim.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only as needed to do your project and run our business:
Service providers. Companies that host our website, store our customer records and scheduling (our CRM), and deliver our calls, texts and email. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
People working on your job. Suppliers, licensed trade partners, manufacturers (for warranty registration) and inspectors who need your name, address or project details to deliver materials, do the work or sign off on permits.
Financing partners. Only if you ask about or apply for financing. The lender’s own privacy policy covers what you give them.
When the law requires it. To comply with a subpoena, court order or other legal process, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public, including investigating fraud or misuse of this site.
If the business changes hands. If Bulldog Remodel Group merges with another company, is sold, or goes through bankruptcy, customer records may transfer to the new owner, who must follow this policy for the information we collected under it.
Reviews, testimonials and social media
If you leave a review or record a testimonial for us, we may show it on this site and in our marketing with your first name and city. We show videos and photos of your home only with your permission, and we take any of it down when you ask. Anything you post on our social media pages or on review sites is public and falls under those sites’ own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
If you become a customer, we keep your project records for as long as our warranty covers the work, so we can find your job and its details when you call for service, and for as long as tax and contractor licensing rules require. If you never hire us, we keep your inquiry only as long as it is useful for following up, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
How we protect it
Our website runs over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and only our staff and service providers who need your information can see it in our systems. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send payment card numbers or Social Security numbers through our website forms. If a breach exposes your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
Show you your information. Tell you what personal information we have about you, where it came from, why we have it and who we shared it with, and give you a copy.
Correct it. Fix information that is wrong.
Delete it. Delete your information, except records the law or an open contract or warranty requires us to keep.
Stop contacting you. Stop calling, texting or emailing you.

We confirm your identity before we hand over or delete anything, usually by matching your name, phone and address to our records. We respond within 45 days; if we need more time, we will tell you why and take no more than another 45 days. Requests are free. Someone else can make a request for you if you give them written permission, and we may check that with you. If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer within 30 days, and we will answer the appeal within 60 days. We will not charge you more or treat you differently for using any of these rights.
State privacy rights
Several states, including Kentucky, Indiana and California, give their residents privacy rights: to know, access, correct and delete their personal information, to get a portable copy, and to opt out of its sale, of targeted advertising and of profiling. We honor the rights above for everyone. We do not sell personal information, share it for targeted advertising, use it for profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects, or collect sensitive personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. California residents: we do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing. Nevada residents: we do not sell covered information.
Children
Our services are for adult homeowners. You must be 18 or older to send us your information, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Other websites
Our site links to other sites, such as Google Maps, review sites, social media and lenders. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page. If a change affects information you already gave us in a significant way, we will email you or ask for your consent before it applies to you.
