Walk-In Showers in Bromley, KY

Bromley (ZIP 41016) is a small Northern Kentucky river village next to Ludlow, with older homes on low ground beside the Ohio River.

A basement shower here needs a sealed ejector, waterproofing specified for sustained moisture and an honest view of what happens when the river is high, which together cost real money for a room that may not stay dry. In most of these houses the same budget does considerably more good spent on the main-floor bathroom instead. We will say that even though it is the smaller job, and where a lower-level shower is genuinely needed we build it for the conditions rather than to a standard detail.
