A safer bath for a St. Bernard household
St. Bernard (ZIP 45217) is its own city, completely surrounded by Cincinnati, built up around the Procter & Gamble Ivorydale complex with a dense grid of early-1900s homes.
Where a walk-in tub’s outlet sits in a different position from the tub coming out, the trap needs a vent within a set distance, or draining water siphons it dry and the room starts smelling of the sewer weeks later. In tight early-1900s houses the existing vent is frequently not where the new position needs it. It is invisible work, it is not optional, and it is inspected. St. Bernard issues its own permits, which we confirm before scheduling.
