Aging in place in North Fairmount
North Fairmount (ZIP 45225) is a west-side hillside neighborhood above the Mill Creek valley, with streets of older early-1900s homes.
Walk-in tubs are sold badly by a lot of firms: long in-home presentations, pressure to sign the same evening, and prices that only appear at the end. We treat it as a bathroom we design and build for you, not a box to sell. We would rather give you a range on the phone and let you decide whether to have us out at all. The number depends on the model, whether the floor needs work and whether the supply and panel can take it, and we will say which of those apply to your house before quoting.
