Bathing safely at home in Newport
Newport (ZIP 41071) is a Northern Kentucky river city across from downtown Cincinnati, home to the East Row Historic District, one of the largest Victorian historic districts in the state, along with the Levee riverfront.
East Row houses are tall and narrow, and the bathroom is frequently two or three floors up a turned stair. That matters twice over for this job: the tub has to get up there without tilting, and the person it is for has to get up there too. Where the stairs are already the barrier, a walk-in tub upstairs solves the wrong problem, and relocating a bathroom to the main floor is the conversation worth having instead.

Common questions from Newport homeowners
Sometimes, with the stair measured against the specific model. But if the stairs are already difficult for the person, a tub at the top of them solves the wrong problem.
A bathroom on the main floor, where the layout allows. It is a bigger project and frequently the right one. We will tell you that rather than selling the tub.
