Staying in your Mount Washington home, comfortably.
Mount Washington (ZIP 45230) is a far-east-side neighborhood along Beechmont Avenue, with a settled mix of early-1900s through mid-century single-family homes.
A household switching from showers to daily baths in a walk-in tub is making a real change to its hot water demand, and in a house with one aging tank that shows up quickly. It is worth knowing before rather than after. Sometimes it means a larger heater, sometimes it just means the bath happens at a different time of day. We would rather set that expectation than have the tub blamed for it.
