What a walk-in tub takes in Independence
Independence (ZIP 41051) is the Kenton County seat and one of the faster-growing cities in Northern Kentucky, with a historic core surrounded by newer subdivisions.
Two warranties apply and they are different things. Ours covers how the installation was built: the setting and leveling, the plumbing and electrical connections, the surround and the waterproofing. The manufacturer’s covers the tub, the door seal, the pump and the control board, and those terms vary considerably between makers. We register it for you and we will tell you what it actually says before you buy rather than afterwards.

Questions we hear in Independence
Our workmanship, meaning the installation itself, while parts of the tub fall under the maker’s terms. Keep both documents together, and if something goes wrong, call us first: we can usually tell quickly whether it is an installation issue or a manufacturer claim.
Not remotely. Coverage on the seal and the pump varies a lot. We will tell you what a given tub’s terms actually say before you buy rather than after.
