What a walk-in tub takes in Florence
Florence (ZIP 41042) is the largest city in Boone County and one of the fastest-growing in Northern Kentucky, with a wide mix of mid-century neighborhoods and newer subdivisions around the Florence Mall area.
A great many homes here have a one-piece molded tub-and-surround, installed before the walls were finished and physically larger than the doorway. It cannot leave whole, so removal means cutting it into sections in place: routine work, but it generates real debris and it takes longer than pulling out a freestanding tub. It is in the quote from the start rather than raised on the day.

Answers to your Florence questions
Cut into sections in place, because it was installed before the walls were and will not fit back through the door. Routine, but it takes longer than removing a standard tub.
Not with the dust barrier and floor protection in first, which is standard for us. The debris is bulky rather than fine and it leaves the same day.
