From dreadful tub to a walk-in shower built for you in South Lebanon
South Lebanon (ZIP 45065) is a growing town on the Little Miami River in Warren County, with a historic core and fast-expanding newer subdivisions.
With this much new construction, plenty of homes here are still inside their builder warranty period, and altering plumbing or a waterproofing assembly can affect what that warranty covers. It is worth reading before commissioning work, and worth asking the builder whether a defect you are trying to fix is actually theirs to put right. We would rather you got a shower pan replaced under warranty than paid us to do it.
