Walk-In Showers in Norwood, OH
Walk-in shower in Norwood? Norwood is its own city, so the permit comes from Norwood, not Cincinnati. Walk-in showers with low-threshold bases, installed by our own team.
Norwood, OH · 45212
From dreadful tub to a walk-in shower built for you in Norwood
Norwood (ZIP 45212) is its own city, completely surrounded by Cincinnati, with a dense grid of early-1900s homes and brick two-families built during its days as a streetcar and factory town.
Being a separate municipality inside Cincinnati catches people out. Plumbing and building permits for work here are issued by Norwood, not by the city whose postal address surrounds you, and the inspection is booked through Norwood too. We confirm the authority and its requirements before scheduling, because a finished shower waiting on the wrong inspector is a delay nobody needs.

Questions we hear in Norwood
The City of Norwood. It is a separate municipality even though Cincinnati surrounds it entirely, and we file and schedule accordingly.
Where the plumbing is altered (and moving a drain from tub to shower position counts), generally yes. We handle the filing rather than leaving it with you.
