Walk-In Showers in North Fairmount, Cincinnati, OH

North Fairmount (ZIP 45225) is a west-side hillside neighborhood above the Mill Creek valley, with streets of older early-1900s homes.

We design and build showers finished in tile and showers finished in acrylic, and we would rather steer you to the right one than the dearer one. In a house of this size and value, an acrylic base and wall panels fitted by our own team over sound waterproofing is often the better call. It costs meaningfully less and there is no grout to maintain, though it is still a build of around four days, because the work behind it is the same. The money that matters here is what goes behind it: the waterproofing, the valve and the substrate. That is the part we will not cut either way.
