What a walk-in shower takes in Independence
Independence (ZIP 41051) is the Kenton County seat and one of the faster-growing cities in Northern Kentucky, with a historic core surrounded by newer subdivisions.
A warranty is only as clear as its boundaries, so: our lifetime workmanship warranty covers how the shower was built: the waterproofing, the substrate, the setting, the plumbing connections we made. Manufactured items carry their own manufacturer warranty, which we register and help you claim on. What it does not cover is damage from something else in the house, or from a later alteration by someone other than us. We would rather set that out now than have it be a surprise in year six.

Questions we hear in Independence
Call or email us with photos and a short description, such as a cracked grout line, a loose fixture or a damp patch on the ceiling below. Report it early, and keep the specification sheet with the manufacturer registrations so it is clear straight away which warranty applies.
Damage caused by something else in the house, or by later alterations made by someone else. We would rather be clear about that at the start than argue about it later.
