Cleves, OH · 45002
From dreadful tub to a walk-in shower built for you in Cleves
Cleves (ZIP 45002) is a far-west village near where the Great Miami River meets the Ohio, with older homes on low ground prone to flooding.
In a house that has been flooded, a bathroom wall can look sound and still hold saturated insulation and mold behind it. Building a new waterproof assembly straight over that seals the problem in rather than solving it. So the sequence here is: open it, assess it, remediate what is there, let it dry, and only then start the new work. It is the reason mold and mildew remediation is part of what we do rather than something we discover and hand back to you.

Questions we hear in Cleves
Yes, but the wall cavity gets opened and assessed first. Building a waterproof assembly over saturated insulation or mold seals the problem in instead of fixing it.
Inside the bathroom it sits within the job you sign for; ask to see which wall areas the quote assumes will be opened. Any flood records or insurance claim notes you have help us judge how far moisture may have traveled, and where damage reaches past the bathroom we will be straight about it.
