Does large tile work on uneven walls?

Less well. It needs a flat plane. Where a wall is out we either bring it true first or use a smaller format, and we will tell you which before you choose.

One good tub, one good shower, in Summerside

Summerside (ZIP 45245) is a Union Township community in western Clermont County, with suburban neighborhoods of mid-century and newer homes.

Instinct says small tiles suit a small bathroom, and above a tub it is generally backwards. A grid of small tiles in a compact surround reads as busy and full of joints, and every joint is somewhere grout can stain. Large-format tile gives fewer lines, less maintenance and a calmer, larger-feeling room. The exception is any area that has to follow a curve or a slope, where a smaller format is genuinely easier to lay well.
