South Lebanon, OH · 45065
The best of both worlds in South Lebanon.
South Lebanon (ZIP 45065) is a growing town on the Little Miami River in Warren County, with a historic core and fast-expanding newer subdivisions.
With this much new construction, plenty of homes here are still inside their builder warranty period, and altering plumbing or a tub installation can affect what that warranty covers. It is worth reading before commissioning work, and worth asking the builder whether a defect you are trying to fix is actually theirs to put right. We would rather you got a flexing tub bedded properly under warranty than paid us to replace it.

Questions about tub shower combos in South Lebanon
It can, where the work touches plumbing or the tub installation. Check the terms first, and if the problem is a defect, it may be the builder’s to fix rather than yours to pay for.
Usually it means it was never bedded underneath. Raise it with the builder first; if it is within warranty that is their responsibility, and we will happily tell you what we think is wrong without charging you.
