One good tub, one good shower, in Mount Adams
Mount Adams (ZIP 45202) is the dense hilltop neighborhood above downtown and Eden Park, known for steep grades, narrow streets and tightly packed 19th-century rowhouses and townhomes.
These houses are tall and narrow with stairs to match, and a tub is the one item that cannot be angled, tilted or taken apart to make a turn. We measure the full route on the site visit (parking, front door, stair width, the landing turn, the bathroom door) before anything is ordered. Where a standard sixty-inch unit will not make it, we will say so at survey rather than on delivery day.

Questions about tub shower combos in Mount Adams
Usually, with the route measured first. Stair width and the landing turn are what decide it, and we check both at survey rather than discovering the problem on delivery day.
Frequently cut down and removed in sections, particularly cast iron. That is normal on the hill and it is in the quote rather than sprung on you.
