What a Independence tub and shower needs
Independence (ZIP 41051) is the Kenton County seat and one of the faster-growing cities in Northern Kentucky, with a historic core surrounded by newer subdivisions.
A warranty is only as clear as its boundaries, so: our lifetime workmanship warranty covers how the installation was built: the bedding, the substrate, the surround, the waste connection and the plumbing joints we made. The tub, valve and trim carry their own manufacturer warranties, which we register and help you claim on. What it does not cover is damage from something else in the house, or from a later alteration by someone other than us.

Questions we hear in Independence
Ask for it in writing with your quote and read it next to the product paperwork, since the fixtures fall under their makers’ terms. Keep receipts and model numbers together in one folder, because a manufacturer claim usually asks for both.
Damage caused by something else in the house, or by later alterations made by someone else. We would rather be clear at the start than argue about it later.
