Keeping a tub in your Elsmere bathroom
Elsmere (ZIP 41018) is an established Kenton County city along the Dixie Highway corridor near Erlanger, with a mix of older and mid-century homes.
Worth stating plainly, because it is what people are too polite to ask. A deposit is taken at signing to order and stage materials, and that is what makes a fixed price and a firm install schedule possible. The balance falls due on completion, after the final walkthrough, not before. We do not ask for the full amount up front and we do not add anything at the end that was not in the signed itemization.

In two stages, one at signing and one after the walkthrough. If you ask for a change mid-job, have it written up and signed before the work happens, so the final figure holds no surprises for either side.
Because everything is ordered and on site before demolition starts, which is precisely what lets the price and the dates in your quote hold.
