One good tub, one good shower, in Downtown
Downtown Cincinnati (ZIP 45202) mixes high-rise condominiums and converted loft buildings with century-old commercial structures across the central business district between the river and Over-the-Rhine.
A tub is the single most awkward item we deliver, and in a high-rise it has to go through a booked loading dock, into a protected freight elevator and along a corridor, all inside a window the building agrees to, often outside normal hours. None of that is difficult, but every part of it is arranged in advance. We deal with building management directly rather than leaving it with you.

Answers to your Downtown questions
Through a booked dock window and a protected freight elevator, at a time the building agrees to. We arrange the dock, the insurance certificate and the elevator booking with management before the date.
Yes. Where it is cast iron it is cut down and removed in sections, which is often the only way it leaves a tower at all.
