Bathrooms in Florence homes, done right
Florence (ZIP 41042) is the largest city in Boone County and one of the fastest-growing in Northern Kentucky, with a wide mix of mid-century neighborhoods and newer subdivisions around the Florence Mall area.
The newer subdivisions produce the most common brief we see: a primary bath from the 1990s or 2000s with a corner garden tub nobody uses, a separate shower too small to be pleasant, and a long vanity in a dated finish. The framing and plumbing are typically sound, so almost the whole budget goes into layout and finish, usually reclaiming the tub deck for a proper walk-in shower.

Answers to your Florence questions
That is one of the most common projects we do. The tub deck usually occupies the best corner of the room, and reclaiming it typically yields a walk-in shower far larger than the original, often without moving a wall, since the drain and supply are already there.
Generally not wholesale, which keeps the cost down. Homes of that age are usually on copper or PEX in serviceable condition. We inspect and replace what is at end of life rather than repiping by default.
