Kitchen Remodels for Older Homes in Madisonville, Cincinnati, OH

Madisonville (ZIP 45227) is a long-established east-side neighborhood with its own historic center around Madison Road and Whetsel, and a housing stock of older frame and brick.

Houses here have generally been updated more than once, and each round tends to have covered the last rather than removed it. Under the current kitchen there may be two floors, a ceiling below the ceiling, and a wall finish over the original plaster. That accumulation matters because it changes floor heights, door clearances and what the demolition actually involves, all of which we would rather establish on the survey than at the skip.
