Are the houses all similar?

They share plan types, having been built as a single planned town. That familiarity genuinely helps at the design stage.

Kitchen Remodels for Older Homes in Greenhills, OH

Older kitchen in Greenhills? A 1930s planned town. We remodel kitchens in older houses there and open walls with a plan.

Modern kitchens in older Greenhills homes

Greenhills (ZIP 45218) is an independent village north-west of Cincinnati, built in the 1930s as one of only three federally planned Greenbelt towns in the United States, laid out as a single coherent design.

Because the town was designed and built as one piece, the houses share plan types and original details, which means what we learn in one informs the next, and it means the character is collective. Anything affecting the exterior is the village’s business and gets established with them first. Inside, expect original 1930s planning: compact kitchens, sound construction and services long since outgrown.

Basement Remodel

Luxury Game Point Basement Remodel

Welcome to the Luxury Game Point basement remodel, where Bulldog Remodel Group built a space that is as functional as it is fun. Warm beige walls and soft carpet hold a billiards table, a wall-mounted cue rack, ping pong and foosball, all framed by recessed lights and white wainscoting.
