Alexandria, KY · 41001
Why Alexandria kitchens need more than new cabinets.
Alexandria (ZIP 41001) is a city in the more rural southern part of Campbell County, with a small historic center and open rolling farmland around it.
The genuinely older properties here are farmhouses, and they bring a particular set: additions made over generations without records, services extended piecemeal, and in some cases private water or waste arrangements. The survey does more work than usual because the house has usually been changed more than usual. It is rewarding work and it is not work to price from a description.

Answers to your Alexandria questions
Expect the kitchen to sit in an addition or an enclosed back porch, with floors at slightly different heights and framing that changes where one era meets the next. We trace those joins in the floor and ceiling before drawing, because a cabinet run that crosses one has to allow for the step or slope.
Not honestly. Houses changed this much over this long need to be seen before any number means anything.
