Does that make a build harder?

It makes it more planned. Once the access and design requirements are known up front they are straightforward to work within.

What to know before you build in Wetherington.

Wetherington (ZIP 45069) is a planned residential community in West Chester Township, Butler County, developed to a consistent and closely maintained standard with a controlled-access layout.

Alongside the usual architectural requirements, which here are among the more prescriptive in the region, a controlled-access community adds a practical dimension most sites do not have. Construction traffic, deliveries, working hours and where materials may be stored are typically governed by the association as well, and those rules shape the program rather than just the paperwork. We establish both the design standards and the site-access requirements before pricing a build here.

Kitchen Remodel

Blue Fashioned Kitchen Remodel

Touches of blue give this kitchen a mix of classic charm and contemporary flair. A long navy island with a white quartz top and seating for four sits beneath three navy dome pendants with brass caps. White shaker cabinetry, a stainless hood and a textured tile backsplash line the back wall.
