Custom Homes in Montgomery, OH

Montgomery (ZIP 45242) is an independent city in north-eastern Hamilton County that grew from a 19th-century village, and it has kept the character of its old center while developing substantial residential streets around it.

Montgomery is more attentive to how buildings look than most municipalities in the county, and where its historic-area standards apply they can shape elevations, materials and detailing in real ways. What those standards require for a specific parcel is determined by the city, so we establish it in writing before design begins rather than presenting drawings and finding out. Handled in that order it is a straightforward process; handled backwards it is an expensive redesign.
