Custom Homes in East Westwood, Cincinnati, OH

East Westwood (ZIP 45211) is a compact west-side neighborhood between Westwood proper and the Mill Creek valley, with early-1900s housing on streets that flatten across the top and fall away sharply at the edges.

Where a parcel sits within that small area changes the project completely. On the level ground the build is straightforward and the budget goes into the house. On the falling edges it becomes a bearing, retaining and access problem, and the site can take a substantial share of the money before anything is above ground. Two lots a few streets apart can differ by a great deal, which is why the assessment is of the parcel rather than the neighborhood.
